The sooner, the better! Our clients hire us a year and a half in advance for their wedding day and we only accept a limited amount of weddings per year to ensure our clients have the best experience.

Dates are reserved once a contract is signed and a retainer is given.

Great question! A complimentary consultation is great for couples who want to hire us for our full-service wedding planning, custom wedding planning, or event management services. We prioritize getting to know more about you, your style, and your wedding day details, while briefly explaining our services.

Our clients benefit from our consultations because it gives them professional advice and experience. A paid consultation allows you to ask anything and everything if you’re planning your wedding day yourself and would like professional advice on if you’re on the right track and how you can move forward. This also allows us to create a preliminary itinerary for you so you have a point of reference for all of your other vendors.

Not a problem! Plenty of clients come to us for guidance. So whether you have the majority of everything planned out or nothing at all, we can advise you on where to start and where to go.

Of course! We cater to each client’s needs. Some clients require us to be a bit more hands-on while others prefer us to provide a finished product. We’ll work together to figure out how you like to work together!

Yes! We have a team of experienced lead coordinators who have planned and coordinated events. Each team member pays close attention to details and ensures you, your family, and your guests have a wonderful experience. 

Great question! Venue coordinators are important and serve a great role. However, their main focus is to ensure everything on the venue’s end is correct. There are still family members, vendors, and guests to manage on the day of-that’s where we come in!
