The sooner, the better! Our clients hire us a year and a half in advance for their wedding day and we only accept a limited amount of weddings per year to ensure our clients have the best experience.

A paid consultation allows you to ask anything and everything if you’re planning your wedding day yourself and would like professional advice on if you’re on the right track and how you can move forward. This also allows us to create a preliminary itinerary for you so you have a point of reference for all of your other vendors.
Not a problem! Plenty of clients come to us for guidance. So whether you have the majority of everything planned out or nothing at all, we can advise you on where to start and where to go.
Of course! We cater to each client’s needs. Some clients require us to be a bit more hands-on while others prefer us to provide a finished product. We’ll work together to figure out how you like to work together!

Great question! Venue coordinators are important and serve a great role. However, their main focus is to ensure everything on the venue’s end is correct. There are still family members, vendors, and guests to manage on the day of-that’s where we come in!
